Handcrafted in San Francisco with the most exquisite pastel rainbow tulle layered over ivory mesh, and lined with buttery jersey lining. Soft custom-made rose gold elastic waistband (brushed on the inside to avoid irritation) add an extra magical touch and sparkle to this beautifully simple dress.
