Our Ombre skirt for women is a fanciful skirt that you can have fun in! Cascades of softly gathered tulle is sewn in a beautiful gradation of the blue color we call "Waterfall' over a light blue imitation silk satin under layer. The flounces will dance as she twirls!

Skirt is fully lined with a soft interlock knit, and a stiffer tulle ruffles allow for that extra bounce. Waist is elasticized for a perfect fit.
