Two layers of tulle are generously gathered, complete with skirt ruffles, making this dress a dream to twirl in. Dress is lined with the softest bamboo/viscose jersey. Neckline and sleeves are finished with a soft stretchy binding. A sparkly rhinestone button adorns the back neck closure.
