A Motherhood Story: Megan and Sabreenah

There are some stories that stay with you long after you hear them — the kind that remind you why you do what you do. Megan’s is one of those stories. She's a mother of five, and her youngest, a sweet little girl named Sabreenah, has added a whole new kind of light to their home.

From the very beginning, Megan knew that being a stay-at-home mom was her calling. She’s poured her heart into raising her children with presence and love, finding joy in the quiet rhythms of everyday life. And from the way she speaks about her family, it’s clear she doesn’t take any of it for granted. 

Behind the beauty of her motherhood story is also a deep love story - her husband of 20 years whom she calls her “princess charming,” who swept her off her feet and has enabled her to live out this dream so fully. Together, they’ve built a life grounded in shared values, mutual respect, and an unwavering commitment to their children. “I wouldn’t take full credit for the woman and mother I am,” Megan says. “He’s my backbone, my biggest cheerleader…and I feel so blessed to do life with him.”
After several boys, Megan describes welcoming her daughter as, in her own words, "surreal — a dream come true."  Sabreenah brings a sparkle and vibrance that lights up every room she enters. Whether she’s twirling in a princess dress, dancing through the house, or playing with her brothers, she’s the kind of little girl who leaves a lasting impression. Her brothers adore her, and Megan often calls her “the cherry on top” — the piece that made their family feel complete.

What started as simple videos of Sabreenah just being herself quickly blossomed into something much bigger. Her bright spirit captured the hearts of others online, and before they knew it, a community began to grow around them — drawn to the genuine love and joy that shines through their family’s story.
One of the things that shines through in Megan’s story is just how much she treasures the little moments. From pretend play and water adventures to dressing up and matching outfits, she’s holding tightly to this tender season of toddlerhood. “Time flies,” she says, “and these early years are so precious and fleeting.”

Motherhood has shaped her in ways she never could have imagined — it’s made her stronger, more patient, more grateful. Through it all, she’s learned to find joy in the little things and to live with open hands and a full heart.
She hopes to raise her daughter to be kind and confident, to believe in herself, and to stay grounded no matter where life takes her. “I want her to know she’s smart, capable, and deeply loved,” Megan says. “Her light was meant to shine.”
Megan and Sabreenah love dressing up together — and seeing them in EleStory pieces brings me so much joy. There's something magical about matching with your mini, and Megan says it best: “It feels like stepping into a fairytale.” These are the moments they’ll look back on years from now — the memories that leave a mark.
This season, Megan is savoring it all — soaking in the wonder of her children and the gift of motherhood. And I’m so honored to share her story here, where we celebrate the love that makes families who they are.
