Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.
For full U.S. and international shipping details, please visit our shipping information page.
Yes! All U.S. orders $115 or more (before taxes and shipping) qualify for free standard shipping.
If you prefer a faster delivery speed, you’re welcome to select an upgraded shipping option at checkout instead of the free option.
• In-stock items: Orders usually ship within 1-2 business days.
• Overnight shipping: Orders must be placed by 10 AM PT for same-day fulfillment.
• Preorders: Pre-order items ship around the estimated ship date listed on the product page.
• Mixed orders (in-stock + preorder): Ship together once the preorder item are ready, unless purchased separately.
Tracking information will be emailed to you once your package is on its way!
Yes - we ship to most regions worldwide.
All international orders are shipped as “Merchandise” with their actual value declared. Your country may charge customs duties or import taxes when the package arrives, and these fees are the customer’s responsibility.
We recommend checking with your local customs office if you’re unsure about potential charges before placing an order.
Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered a little early. Before contacting us, please:
1. Check around your home (porch, side door, mailbox).
2. Check with family members or neighbors — this accounts for most cases where a package is marked delivered but hasn’t been located yet.
3. Allow 24 hours, as packages often arrive shortly after the delivery scan.
Please note that once a package leaves our facility, we are not responsible for lost packages, delivery delays, or carrier errors, including weather-related issues.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your EleStory purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we offer the following options:
- Exchanges: Swap your item for a different size or color
- Store Credit: Receive credit to use on a future purchase
- Refunds: Receive a refund for the purchase price of the item (excluding original shipping and handling fees)

Return Requirements (U.S. Orders)
Items must be:
• Unwashed, unused
• In their original, unaltered, condition
• Free of stains, odors, animal hair, and damage
• Returned with all original tags and labels attached
Final Sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit for any reason.
If an item is returned in used, worn, washed, altered, damaged, or unsellable condition, or arrives outside the return window, it will not be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit. In these cases, we will contact you to arrange returning the item. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Return Fee
There is an $8 fee for returns to help cover the cost of the return label, repackaging, and restocking of the item(s). This fee is waived for eligible exchanges and store credit returns.
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at info@elestory.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
Please understand that we're unable to honor damage claims reported after an item has been worn, used, washed, or kept beyond this time frame.

• Store Credit — For a future purchase
• Refund — Issued for the purchase price of the item (excluding original shipping and handling fees)

Return Requirements (International Orders)
Items must be:
• Unwashed, unworn, and unused
• In original condition
• Free of stains, odors, animal hair, and damage
• Returned with all tags and labels attached
Final Sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit for any reason.
If an item arrives used, worn, washed, altered, damaged, or outside the return window, it will not be eligible for a refund or store credit. We will contact you to arrange returning the item at your expense.
International Return Shipping
• We do not provide return labels for international orders.
• Customers are responsible for shipping returns back to us.
• We’re not responsible for return packages lost in transit — we strongly recommend using a trackable method.
International Exchanges
We are unable to offer exchanges for international orders.
If you need a different item, please place a new order.
Refunds or store credit are issued once your return is received and inspected. For refunds, your bank may take 3-7 business days to process the credit.
Final Sale items are NOT eligible for exchange, return, or store credit. Exchanges are only available for eligible items in the same order and cannot be used to avoid return shipping fees.
If you placed an order during a promotional event and want to return an item from a previous order placed before the sale, that earlier purchase is not eligible for an exchange, and standard return shipping fees apply.
Discounts, Promo Codes & Price Adjustments
At checkout, enter your code in the Discount Code box.
On mobile: tap “Show Order Summary” above your shipping address to reveal it.
Only one discount code can be applied per order.
No worries! Email us at info@elestory.com within 24 hours with your code, and we'll gladly apply it to any qualifying items.
We understand how that timing can feel! Unfortunately, we are not able to offer price adjustments on orders placed before a sale begins.
Because these sales offer deeply discounted, limited-time pricing, we're unable to provide price adjustments on any orders placed before or during the sale.
All items purchased during these promotional periods are final sale.
Preorders
A preorder allows you to purchase an item before it's in stock. This helps you secure your size and style before it sells out. Estimated ship dates - often listed as a range like "shipping week of..." can be found on each product page.
Preorder items ship around our best estimated ship date listed on the product page. Once the items arrive at our studio, we begin fulfilling orders right away in the order they were received. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Preorder ship dates are estimates and may shift due to unforeseen delays, such as customs, transit, or production timelines. We’ll notify you if there is a meaningful delay and will ship your order as soon as it arrives at our studio.
Because preorder dates are not guaranteed, we’re unable to offer complimentary upgraded shipping (such as Overnight) in the event of a delay. If a delay impacts your plans, feel free to reach out — we’re always here to help guide next steps.
All items in your order will ship together once the preorder item is ready.
If you’d like them shipped separately, please place separate orders.
If your event is close to the estimated ship date, please email us at info@elestory.com with the date you need the item(s) by. When checking out, you're also welcome to leave a note with your deadline.
While we can't guarantee preorder timing, we'll always do our best to advise you and recommend the most reliable shipping method for your needs.

For time-sensitive orders, we highly recommend choosing an expedited shipping method at checkout to help minimize transit delays once your order ships.

Sizing & Product Care
Yes — we strive to make our designs true to size across all styles. If a piece is meant to fit slightly oversized or more fitted, we’ll note that on the product page. Most items also include a link to our size chart, and we highly recommend checking it before placing your order.

Care instructions are listed on each product page, but as a general guide we recommend:
• Hand wash cold, or machine wash cold on gentle cycle
• Lay flat or hang to dry
• Avoid bleach and high heat
