General Questions
No, we are online only and do not have a store front. We also do not offer wholesale to retailers at the moment.
Every EleStory piece is designed by our founder Judy in her home studio in California. For the last 10 years, we have only worked with a handful of sewing houses in San Francisco, and for this FW23 season, began working with manufacturers in Asia, where Judy grew up and still has strong ties. We remain committed to partnering only with production houses that follow a strict code of conduct (paying fair wages, no child labor, cleanliness of work environment, and reasonable work hours so that family remains a priority, etc) and are recognized by the government for outstanding practices. We also continue to ensure that our garments are made with the utmost care and attention to detail whether locally or overseas, so that every piece can be cherished by your families.
Yes, for now, EleStory's main focus and passion is special occasion clothing for mommas and girls. We sometimes offer coordinating bow ties for boys, and hope to expand someday to include more boys' offerings.
Generally no, unless otherwise indicated. We make our designs in small batches so that we can focus on quality. Please sign up for restock notifications so that you will be first to be notified about a restock.
Yes! We love partnering with bloggers and photographers and often work with talented and creative individuals that we feel fits our aesthetic. If you feel that we could be a good fit, please fill out this form to be considered.

Orders & Shipping
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at info@elestory.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to accomodate your needs. Please note that orders cannot be changed or cancelled after your shipping order confirmation email is sent out.
When checking out on mobile, the discount code box may not be clearly visible. Click on "Show order summary" above your shipping address when selecting a shipping option and you will see a box for the discount code.
No, only one discount code can be used per order.
Please email us at info@elestory.com within 24 hours of placing your order with your discount code and we will be happy to apply the discount to qualifying items.
Yes, all orders $115 or above (before taxes and shipping fees) shipping within the US qualify for free shipping. Please select Free Standard Shipping at checkout. If a faster shipping speed is desired, it must be selected instead of the free shipping option.
At this time, we do not offer a gift wrapping option. However, we are happy to include a gift message for you. All you have to do is include a gift message in the Order Notes box provided in the Shopping Cart page.
All of our orders are shipped with a packing slip that does not show prices.
Orders for in-stock items generally ship out within 1-2 business days of being placed.
Pre-order items will have the estimated ship dates on the product page and will ship out around the estimated ship date.
When pre-order and in-stock items are combined in the same order, they are shipped together once the pre-order item is ready. If you desire separate shipments, please place separate orders.
If your event date coincides with our estimated shipping date, please contact us at info@elestory.com with the date you need the item(s) by to make sure that we are able to fulfill your order on time. When placing your order, please note your deadline and select Overnight (1 - 2 business day) Shipping. If we experience any delays, we will reach out to you to let you know.
Please check with family members and neighbors to make sure that they have not received it, as this accounts for the majority of cases in which customers report not having received a package that has been delivered.
Please note that we are not responsible for lost packages or delays in shipping, including delivery errors and weather-related issues, once a package has left its origin.
Unfortunately, we no longer offer price adjustments once an order has been placed. In addition, we cannot apply a discount code for purchases made before or after a code is valid.
We ship to most regions worldwide.
Please note that we ship all international orders as "Merchandise" with the actual values and you may be subject to custom duties or import taxes once the shipment reaches your country. Customers are responsible for these costs so we highly recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

Returns & Exchanges
Yes, you can return your purchase for an exchange, store credit, or a refund of the purchase price of the item (minus original shipping and handling fees).
- Please email us at info@elestory.com to initiate the return/exchange within 14 days of receiving your order
- The items you are returning must be unwashed, unused, and with all tags and labels attached.
- The return items also must be free of stains, odors, animal hair, and damage
- Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please note that there is a $8 fee for returns to cover the return label and cleaning and repackaging the return item(s). This fee is waived for exchanges and returns for store credit.

We do not provide return labels for orders that shipped outside of the US, so the customer is responsible for shipping the returns back at your expense. We are not responsible for return items lost in transit.
Exchanges are not offered for orders shipping outside of the US, so if you need a different item, please place a new order.
All refunds will be processed within 1-2 business days after your return is picked up from the post office. After the refund is issued, it will take 2 - 10 business days for your refund to show up on your account.
Sizing/Fit and Care
Yes, we strive to make our designs true to size across different styles. On occasion, if a design is intended to fit slightly oversized or more fitted, we would indicate this on the product page. Most products have a link to the size chart; we highly recommend checking it out before placing your order. If you need help with sizing, please do not hesitate to email us at info@elestory.com for help!
At the moment, we are happy to be able to offer many women's styles up to size XXL. As a small business, it's no small feat to expand our size offerings, but we do strive to meet the needs of our customers and to listen to feedback.
Please refer to our care instruction label on the garment. The wash/care instructions are also available on the product page. Due to the delicate nature of our clothing, we highly recommend hand washing your EleStory pieces with mild soap/detergent, and line dry.
