All measurements are in inches, and measured with the garment laid flat.
Please note that there is a 6-7" smocked panel in the back of the bodice that allows for better fit as well as room to stretch, so the chest and waist circumferences has a few inches wiggle room. Also, "high waist" is measured right below the bust.
